SingaVibe and Lepak Labs are run by the same small Singapore team, which is responsible for your data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). To ask anything about your data, email [email protected] or use the contact form.

What we collect

• Email sign-up: your email, username, display name, optional neighbourhood and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password). We email you only to verify your account or reset your password.
• Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, used only to run your account. We don't get your Google password or access anything else.
• Posts, comments and photos you publish. These are public. Photos are resized and their location/EXIF data is removed before upload.
• Contact and enquiry forms: the details you type in, used only to reply to you.
• Security data: a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser type, used to stop spam and abuse.
• Analytics: Google Analytics measures page visits in aggregate.

How we use it

To run your account, show your posts, reply to your messages and keep the site safe. We don't sell your data. Captcha checks are provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare.

Payments

If you buy a Lepak Labs service, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe shares only your name, email and payment status with us so we can deliver your order. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit your profile on your account page and delete your own posts, comments and photos at any time. Ask us through the contact form and we'll delete your account and its data, or tell you what we hold about you. We keep form messages for up to 12 months.
